DONATION REQUEST & POLICY
Effective August 1st 2005

POLICY:
It is the policy of Evangeline Downs Race Track & Casino to accept donation request to help provide funding to local non-profit organizations/groups. All donation requests will be considered by the following guidelines:
Request should be made no later than 45 days before commitment is needed. Also, when considering commitment dates, organization/groups should keep in mind their deadline dates for printing, advertising, etc. rather than the event date. *If request are not received within the above requested timeframe Evangeline Downs reserves the right to not consider the request.*

• It is not the policy of Evangeline Downs to fund construction projects.
• It is not the policy of Evangeline Downs to sponsor individual fundraisers
• It is not the policy of Evangeline Downs and it is against the law for Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino to market gaming to minors.
• Therefore, Evangeline Downs will not sponsor events that include minors as participants or spectators.
• Evangeline Downs will grant no more than one contribution to an organization/group within a 12 month period.
