Cage Shift Supervisor
Full Time Salaried: reporting directly to Cage Director; will be responsible for safeguarding, accountability for the supervision of Vault, Main Bank and Cage Team Members for optimum training and staffing levels and insure financial transactions are recorded within policy and regulatory guidelines. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana State Gaming License; strong knowledge of Regulation Title 31 and all State regulatory and Internal Controls procedures. Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with others and independently. Must be 21 years of age or older and flexibility in scheduling.

Full-Time Internal Auditor Position
JOB PURPOSE:
Under the directions of the Corporate Director of Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor is responsible for examining records and company compliance with federal and state regulations. Conducts reviews, internal audits and verification procedures to ensure that the Company's assets are being safeguarded and that its internal controls are adequate, functioning properly and being adhred to. Analyzes data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, fraud, or lack of compliance with management's established policies or procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential job functions and responsibilities listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or equivalent work experience required with 2-3 years' audit related experience; CPA and/or CIA preferred;
*Direct experience with Accounting and Player Tracking systems;
*Thorough understanding of internal controls over financial reporting and basic financial statements;
*Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana State Gaming License;
*Must be extremely numbers oriented, computer literate with superior spreadsheet skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
*Thorough understanding of basic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement) required;
*Excellent planning, analytical, communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with others and independently;
*Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Assist the Corporate Director of Internal Audit in completing the annual risk assessment to be used in developing the internal audit plan;
*Perform ongoing complianace testing of internal controls;
*Support the Company's compliance with the control requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, including testing reviewing processess and documentation;
*Execute ongoing annual internal audit plans for Evangeline Downs Racetrack, Casino & Hotel and Amelia Belle Casino;
*Plan and perform audit projects, communicate risks and control weaknesses, and provide recommendations to property management and executive management;
*Coordinate with the Corporate Director of Internal Audit in planning and completing the Company's annual and quarterly financial statements and internal control assessments;
*Perform all other incidental and related duties as required and/or assigned

Full Time Hourly: will be responsible for monitoring, servicing, maintaining and repairing all equipment including heating and air conditioning, painting, carpentry, when necessary, working directly with the Shift Supervisor by assisting in organizing, training and developing the engineering staff; ensuring all operations on assigned shift are in accordance with Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino policies and procedures.

Full Time and Part Time Hourly - Responsible for serving beverages to guests; keep service area free of any trash or empties on a continuous basis; assist guest with any help needed while on the Casino floor; assist in keeping bar areas stocked with proper beverages when needed and/or if necessary; assist in opening and closing of bar area when necessary; perform outstanding customer service at all times when on duty; keep Supervisors and/or Leads informed of any problems or concerns from guests that cannot be performed by you as the Beverage Server on duty and must be 21 years of age or over. Flexibility in scheduling, maintain an upbeat attitude and the willingness to serve our Guests.

A license shall be denied if the applicant has a current addiction to alcohol or a controlled substance, has a history of mental illness without sufficient evidence of rehabilitation, or has a history of repeated acts of violence without sufficient evidence of rehabilitation.
All applicants are subject to criminal investigation by The Louisiana Department of State Gaming and/or The Louisiana Racing Commission to complete a background investigation.
