Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino is an entertainment complex for adults of all ages. Our mission goes beyond entertainment. By supporting events throughout the Acadiana area, Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino assists the community in achieving a better quality of life.

Evangeline Downs is committed to community events. From our adopt a school program, to our Fast Track Business Partnerships, Christmas in April, and our sponsorship of; the Blast on the Bayou Rally at Blackham Coliseum, the Opelousas Museum of Art, the St. Landry Parish D.A.R.E. Program, Louisiana State University’s Equine Studies Program, the Opelousas Spice and Music Festival and many more organizations in our area, Evangeline Downs continues to assist event organizers by contributing volunteers, time and money to make our community events more successful.
